    Named in honor of the Penobscot, a Native American tribe from Maine, this art deco masterpiece was built in 1928 in the heart of the Financial District and features Native American motifs. Don’t miss its four-story arched entrance on Griswold Street.

  2. Guardian Building Updated

    Art deco architecture at its finest, the Guardian Building was once promoted as “the Cathedral of Finance.” Blending Native American, Aztec and Arts and Crafts styles, 40 artisans created the building’s many painted murals and ceilings, mosaics, marble fixtures, tiles and other artistic details.

  3. Fisher Building Updated

    This landmark skyscraper in the New Center area is constructed of limestone, granite and marble and was designed by Albert Kahn Associates. Finished in 1928, it’s considered Detroit’s largest art object and is home to the iconic Fisher Theatre.

  4. The GM Renaissance Center Updated

    John Portman designed the five-building rosette with interior spaces. In 1977, its central tower opened as the tallest hotel in the world. It remains the tallest all hotel skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. The smaller cylinders on sides of all the towers house the elevators. The four surrounding 39-story office towers (100–400) each reach 522 feet and have a total of 2,200,000 square feet of space. Each 39-story tower has a base five-story podium structure with 165,000 square feet for retail space for a total of 660,000 square feet

  7. Property Up North (rabbit track) Updated

    Some beautiful property up north
    The tiny house has a bathroom. It is 3' wide by 11'5  With a Toilet, sink and if I remember correctly a 32" x 32" shower. Also has septic tank there. The bathroom is on other side of kitchen wall.
    pool is 18 ft round
    T axes are    $565   for the year. We made every thing there portable. Nothing permanent except I guess the old shed that's made into guest cabin
    We also had Hughes net and DTV out there too -Worked great!
    hot tub is 4 person....and that big patio table/chairs is not included. But there is a smaller one with 4 chairs that is.
