Wireless Crap

This is an expensive lesson to learn so hopefully I help at least one person from making the same mistake I made regarding setting up WiFi in our home.  Now our home is a brick ranch that has plaster walls making it very challenging to provide great coverage from one side of the house to the other. Clear Browser Cache

Google Chrome On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More . Click More tools  Clear browsing data. At the top, select All time. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. Click Clear data. Safari <coming soon>

Cloud Storage Issues

So many choices and yes I have tried them all and in many cases at the same time since certain applications only offer support for one or the other or a couple but never all of them. In my experience these last few years, dropbox is the clear winner when you want to talk about compatibility.  If an app supports any cloud type of storage then Dropbox is always there but (always a but) its also the most expensive of all cloud storage services.  I was paying $199/year for 2TB which they just u

Wordpress is like Microsoft

Yea yea, I know this title is very generic and yes we all like to bag on Microsoft but this is more of a very high level side by side with Microsofts product, Windows. Why is Wordpress like Windows? They both are slow over time. The more you add the slower it gets. The more software, plugins you add the slower it gets. They are both very insecure and require a separate security package. Here is my experience with Wordpress since this is all just a learning experiment. I

Military Career

Is the military your choice for a career?  It's not a bad choice and if you ask me I believe we Americans should do what Italians do and require everyone who graduates serve their country for a minimum of two years.  Then they have the choice to either stay with the military and work towards and nice retirement or go the public sector and find a job with a company. If the military is your choice, you should probably practice the ASVAB testing which practice testing is available on this webs
