So many vitamins you wonder if taking these are a good thing or bad. I currently take a one a day (mens), vitamin c, zinc and something else. Doesn't seem to affect me one way or the other. It's an interesting topic though... do we need the vitamins if we eat.
So the lack of drive has propped his ugly head and after doing research on Google I found so many possibilities could be the reason.
